二氧化碳合成碳酸二甲酯催化体系及活化机理的研究进展
The research status of the catalytic system of CO2 synthesis for dimethyl carbonate and the activation mechanism
【摘要】 综述了二氧化碳合成碳酸二甲酯催化体系的研究。碳酸二甲酯催化体系主要包括以铜-镍、烷氧基化合物、碳酸钾、氧化锆为主的催化剂和以分子筛、醋酸原三酯和乙缩醛为主的脱水剂。该反应的机理是催化剂活化甲醇,生成M-O-CH3物种,二氧化碳插入到M-O-中间,形成M-O-C(O)-O-,再与-CH3结合,生成碳酸二甲酯。
【Abstract】 The catalytic systems of CO2 and methanol synthesis for dimethyl carbonate are re-viewed.The mainly active catalysts include copper-nickel,alkyl oxygen compounds,potassium car-bonate and zirconia.The dehydration agents which are widely used in the reaction are molecular sieve,trimethyl orthoacetate and aldehyde acetal.The mechanism of the catalyst reaction is as fol-lows.The methanol is actived by catalyst for M-O-CH3,the carbon dioxide inserts in the joint of M-O-to form M-O-C(O)-O-,after combining with-CH3,the dimethyl carbonate is obtained.
