The problems existed in the process of meat product sampling through the research of Chinese sampling method and standard of meat product were analyzed,in accordance with the corporate research that the current situation of sampling method and standard of meat product.Some reasonable suggestions of using and establishing sampling standard of meat product were put forward according to the characteristic of meat.
