【Abstract】 Ganoderma lucidum was a Chinese traditional medicine with nutrition and health protection. The main components was composed of amylose,aminophenol,nucleotide,alkaloid and so on which include some functions such as decreasing blood and fat,strengthening the spleen and stomach,and protecting liver.
