【摘要】 随着高等教育大众化阶段的到来,现行高考招生制度的弊端日趋明显,新一轮高考制度改革已成为社会关注的焦点,特别是教育公平问题倍受各界争议。高等教育是需要长期大量投入的事业,在国民经济不断发展但尚不足以满足所有人接受高等教育的现状下,要理性把握高考制度的公平原则,构建多层次受教育人才结构体系以满足社会发展需要,在既有利于维护教育公平、又有利于选拔优秀人才的前提下,重构教育秩序,合理有效地配置教育资源。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the popularized higher education,the drawbacks of the current university enrolling system are becoming clearer and clearer.The new reform of the university entrance exams has become a hot issue,especially the educational equity.Higher education calls for long-standing and high rates of investment.Nowadays the whole national economy is moving forward,but not strong enough to make sure that everyone can accept higher education.Under this situation,it is suggested that all the office workers should grasp the fairness principle of the university entrance exams rationally,and establish a multi-layered system of talent structure,in order to satisfy the requirement of social development.Meanwhile we should establish an educational order and allocate its resources rationally and orderly,based on the premise of that,it is not only beneficial to educational equity,but also helps to promote excellent students.更多还原
