棉纺织品硬挺整理剂合成与性能
On the Synthesis and the Property of Cotton Textiles Stiffening Agent
【摘要】 采用核壳乳液聚合方式,制备聚丙烯酸酯硬挺剂,讨论乳液结构、单体组成和乳液聚合工艺对产品硬挺性能和单体转化率、白度、撕裂强度等性能的影响。研究结果表明,丙烯酸酯类硬挺剂合成的最佳工艺条件为:采用热引发体系,引发剂用量0.5%;乳化体系用阴/非离子复配,乳化剂用量为3.6%;聚合温度为80-85℃,软、硬单体的比例为2:3。整理织物在150℃焙烘3min不泛黄,且具有硬挺厚重滑爽的手感。
【Abstract】 A stiffening agent is synthesized by nuclear/crust emulsion polymerization.This paper discusses the effects of emulsion structure,monomer composition and the process parameters of emulsion polymerization on stiffness and other properties of finished fabric.The results show that the optimum conditions of the synthesis of stiffening agent are as follows:using the thermal initiation system with initiator dosage 0.5%;using anion/nonionic complex emulsion system with emulsion dosage 2%,polymerization at 80~85℃ and the ratio of the soft monomer and stiff monomer on 2:3.The finished fabric cured at 150℃ for 3min does not cause yellowing and feels stiff,thick and smooth.
