【摘要】 目的:建立伊布海-12散钙的含量测定方法。方法:EDTA(乙二胺四醋酸二钠)滴定法。结果:样品中方解石和紫贝齿中的钙(Ca)含量126.50mg·g-1,平均回收率为100.3%,RSD=0.50%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确、重现性好,能够有效的控制伊布海-12的内在质量。更多还原
