【摘要】 目的:测定博落回总碱小鼠半数致死量(LD50)。方法:60只小鼠随机分为6组,每组10只,雌雄各半,给小鼠灌入不同浓度的博落回总碱溶液,观察7天内小鼠的毒性反应及死亡情况,记录各组小鼠症状,以小鼠死亡率为指标,计算其LD50。结果:博落回总碱的LD50为1657mg/kg,其95%可信区间为1171.13~2344.99 mg/kg.结论:博落回总碱按毒性分级标准属于大毒性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To measure the half lethal dose(LD50)of macleaya cordata total alkaloids in mice.Methods:Totally 50 mice in half genders were randomly divided into 5 groups,each had 10 mice.Feed the mice with different doses of liquor of macleaya cordata total alkaloids,observe the toxicity effect and death situation of mice within seven days and write symptom.Then calculate the LD50 of macleaya cordata total alkaloids and its 95% confident limit with probability.Results:The LD50 of macleaya cordata total alkaloids was 1657 mg·kg-1and its 95% confident limit was 1171.13～2344.99 mg/kg-1.Conclusion:Macleaya cordata total alkaloids is a pesticide with big toxicity.更多还原
