【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔镜下手术治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法:通过对我院2005年2月-2009年2月收治入院的经确诊为异位妊娠患者66例均行腹腔镜手术治疗(治疗组),随机选择往年66例行常规开腹手术治疗(对照组)的异位妊娠治疗资料,两组进行疗效分析。结果:实验组与对照组在手术时间、出血量、术后排气时间、下床时间、住院日进行比较,两组差异明显,P<0.05、两组全部手术顺利,随访1个月HCG均下降至正常,无1例持续性宫外孕发生。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗宫外孕,术后恢复快、住院时间减少,医疗费用降低,创伤小预后效果好,生育影响轻。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate laparoscopic surgery for treatment of ectopic pregnancy clinical efficacy. Methods:in our hos-pital in February 2005 -2009 years,admitted to hospital in February after the ectopic pregnancy patients diagnosed were 66 cases of laparoscopic surgery ( treatment group) ,randomly selected in previous years,65 regular conventional open surgery ( the control group) treatment of ectopic pregnancy information on groups for efficacy analysis. Results:The experimental group and control group the operation time,blood loss,postoperative discharge time,bed time,length of stay compared between the two groups significant,P < 0. 05,two sets of all the surgery goes well,follow -up 1 month HCG were down to normal,No one cases of persistent ectopic pregnancy occurs. Conclusion:Laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy,rapid postoperative recovery,reduced hospital stay,medical cost reduction,trauma and the prognosis is good,reproductive effects of light.更多还原
