【摘要】 目的:探讨膝地荣筋疗骨饮对实验性兔膝骨关节炎的影响。方法:采用Hu lth[1]法造成实验性兔右侧膝骨关节炎模型。结果:在光镜和电镜下,膝地荣筋疗骨饮能显著抑制软骨、滑膜的炎症,减轻软骨病理改变;降低软骨细胞的凋亡指数(AⅠ)。结论:膝地荣筋疗骨饮能显著改善动物实验性关节炎关节软骨的病理积分,抑制膝骨关节炎软骨细胞的凋亡,改善软骨病变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the knee to wing bars to drink on the experimental treatment of bone osteoarthritis of rabbit knee.Methods:Hulth[1] France caused by the right side of experimental rabbit model of knee osteoarthritis.Results:In the light microscope and electron microscope,the knee to wing ribs treatment and drinking can significantly inhibit the bone cartilage,synovial inflammation,reducing rickets pathological changes;reduce chondrocyte AⅠ.Conclusion:The treatment of bone knee to wing ribs drinking can significantly improve the animal experimental arthritis articular cartilage pathology score,knee osteoarthritis cartilage inhibit apoptosis and improve the cartilage lesions.更多还原
