【摘要】 我国民族地区农村中小学基础性音乐教育暴露出许多亟待解决的问题,主要是思想观念陈旧、指导思想错误;培养目标和价值观不够明晰;部分领导认识上存在偏差,轻视音乐教育;师资力量薄弱,教学目标模糊;教学设备、教学资源严重不足;缺乏应有的音乐教育教材和特色乡土教材等。要实现新课标要求,实现民族地区基础教育公平,必须转变思想观念,端正教学目标,革新教学思想,着力建设一支高素质专业教师队伍,加大音乐教育投入,添置必需的教学设施、设备等。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are many problems in elementary music education in rural primary and middle schools in ethnic areas of China.The major ones are: 1) having obsolescent ideas,wrong guiding thoughts,obscure training objectives and sense of value;2) understanding deviation and neglecting music education of some leaders;3) lacking teaching stuff and being obscure in teaching goals;4) insufficient teaching facilities and resources;and 5) lacking musical and local teaching materials.In order to meet the requirement of the new course standard and realize fair elementary education in ethnic areas,we must change our ideas,set up teaching goals,reform teaching ideas,build up a professional teaching body with high qualities,increase fund for music education and provide necessary teaching facilities.更多还原
