【Abstract】 Immune tolerance is a special immune response state against antigen in body.In the induction of tolerance especially in the induction of peripheral T-cell tolerance,B cells which can not only secrete antibodies and be able to participate in immune regulation but also can do as specific antigen-presenting cells play an important role.B cells can activate T-cell leading to immune response and still can tolerize T-cell inducing immune tolerance.Understand how B-cell induce B-cell tolerance can be in service to the design of new therapies regulating the balance between immune tolerance and immune response in autoimmune diseases and transplantation immunity.更多还原
