酸枣仁中皂苷A的含量测定研究
The determination of Jujuboside A of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae
【摘要】 本文用高效液相色谱(HPLC)和薄层色谱(TLCS)法测定了酸枣仁药材中的皂苷A。两种方法回收率均在96%以上,结果基本一致,且稳定性、重现性好,可为酸枣仁药材的含量测定及质量控制提供检测标准。
【Abstract】 HPLC and TLCS were used for the quantitative determination of jujuboside A in Semen Ziziphi Spinosae.The recovery rates of these two methods were both more than 96%,and the determination results were basically consistent with each other.
