煤直接液化反应热的测定与计算
Determination and calculation of direct coal liquefaction reaction heat
【摘要】 提出一种既简便又能满足工程设计要求的计算煤直接液化反应热的方法。主要利用各个参与反应物质的标准燃烧热和定压热容,通过设计一个路径间接地计算出煤直接液化反应热,其中为取得中间产物,采取了利用高压釜模拟预热器的方法。运用焓变与热的关系,通过对连续试验装置数据计算,得出反应热数值为-56.156kJ/mol。结果证实了方法的可行性。
【Abstract】 Proposed an easy method to calculate direct coal liquefaction reaction heat,which meets the demand of engineering design. The direct coal liquefaction reaction heat was indirectly calculated by the method which involves the standard combustion heat and the heat capacity of each reaction substance at the constant pressure,and the method of simulation for preheater with autoclave was used to obtain intermediate material. The relationship between the enthalpy and heat was used to obtain the value of the reaction heat,-56. 156 kJ/mol,by calculation the data of continuous test device. The feasibility of method is confirmed by the result.
