局部保温条件下单管冻结温度场的数值计算

【摘要】 为了获取局部保温条件下单管冻结温度场的发展规律,采用ANSYS有限元软件对局部保温条件下的单管冻结温度场进行数值计算。结果表明:局部保温条件下单管冻结时,保温层厚度选用5 cm较合理;在选用5 cm的保温层厚度进行单管局部冻结时,保温段与冻结段交界区域的温度梯度较大,该交界区域的范围主要为保温段下部3 m左右及冻结段上部1 m左右。在采用局部冻结技术的工程设计施工中,要根据实际情况合理布置保温层的厚度及范围。

【Abstract】 In order to get the development law of the single pipe freezing temperature filed under the regional thermal insulation condition,the ANSYS finite element software was applied to the numerical calculation of the single tube freezing temperature field under the regional thermal insulation condition.The results showed that during the signal tube freezing under the regional thermal insulation condition,the 5 cm thickness selected for the thermal insulation layer would be rational.When the 5 cm thickness of the thermal insulation layer selected for the regional signal tube freezing,the temperature gradient at the junction area between the thermal insulation section and the ground freezing section would be high and the junction area scope would mainly be at about 3 m below the thermal insulation section and at about 1 m above the ground freezing section.In the project design and construction with the regional ground freezing technology,the thickness and the scope of the thermal insulation layer should be rationally arranged according to the site actual conditions.
