新型可回收树脂锚杆在综放工作面的应用
Application of New Recoverable Resin Bolt to Fully Mechanized Top Coal Caving Mining Face
【摘要】 基于综放工作面回采巷道锚网索支护理论,研究了新型可回收树脂锚杆支护及退锚技术,探讨了锚杆回收及退锚作用机理,并在漳村煤矿2302综放倾斜长壁仰采工作面进行工业性试验。试验结果表明,新型可回收树脂锚杆锚固力能达到80 kN,回收方便,有效避免了采煤机连续截割锚杆,节约了支护成本。实施退锚可以明显减小工作面初次垮落步距和周期来压步距,增加工作面的出煤量,解决了采面顶板管理和上隅角瓦斯超限问题。
【Abstract】 Based on the bolt-steel mesh-anchor support theory of the mining gateway in the fully mechanized longwall coal mining face,the paper studied the new resin recoverable bolt support technology and the bolt pulling technology and discussed the mechanism of the bolt recovery and bolt pulling.An industrial trial with the recovery bolts was conducted in No.2302 mechanized coal mining face in inclined seam of Zhangcun Mine.The trial results showed that the new resin recoverable bolt with a anchoring force of 80 kN could be easy to be recovered,could be effectively to eliminate the bolts cut by the coal shearer and could save the support cost.The practices of the bolt recovered could be obviously to reduce the initial roof weighing distance between the steps and the periodical roof weighing distance between the steps of the coal mining face,could increase the coal production of the coal mining face and could solve the roof control and top corner gas problems of the coal mining face.
