孙村煤矿矿井废弃物处理及综合利用
Comprehensive Utilization and Treatment of Mine Rejects in Suncun Mine
【摘要】 为降低孙村煤矿开采对环境的污染,充分利用地热,采用水源热泵机组取代传统的燃煤锅炉,满足了冬季立井井口、生产车间和办公室的采暖要求;矿井废水经净水器、石英砂过滤器、活性炭过滤器、反渗透设备处理后,矿井水质达到国家Ⅰ类饮水标准;采用仰斜似膏体充填开采技术,将水泥、粉煤灰、煤矸石加水配制成质量分数72%~75%的胶结充填料浆,在采场进行充填,整个充填系统的充填能力达到100~120m3/h,提高了煤炭资源采出率,减少了地面矸石山。以上措施不仅显著改善了地面环境,而且实现了能源的再利用。
【Abstract】 In order to reduce the environment pollution from the mining operation in the mine,the ground thermal water was fully utilized and the water heat pump was applied to replace the conventional coal-fired boilers to meet the heating requirements of the mine shaft surface,workshop and office buildings in the winter season. Therefore the coal-fired pollution to the environment was reduced. After the water purification,quartz sand filters,activated carbon filters and reverse osmosis device treatments,the quality of the mine water could reach to the national first class drinking water standard. With the coal mining technology with dip paste backfilled,the cementing backfilled slurry prepared with cement,fly ash,coal rejects and water and with mass fraction 72% to 75% was applied to the backfilling of the coal mining face. The total backfilling capacity of the backfilling system could be reached to 100~120 m3/h. The coal resource recovery rate was improved and the surface coal rejects hills were reduced. The above measures could not only obviously improve the surface environment,but also could have the reutilization of energy.
