【Abstract】 Analyzed the problems which modern coal enterprises to implement ERP faced,including,there lack the kownledge of ERP to leadership,there lack manpower and energy to enterprises after the implementation of ERP,improper choice of partners,etc.The article points out that leaders should realize ERP is "top managerial project",and dare to undertake the responsibilities.The enterprises must improve the qualities of the employees.更多还原
