上行开采回采巷道加固支护方案优化及实践

【摘要】 针对新庄煤矿三2-12101上行开采工作面运输巷围岩变形严重的现状,综合考虑原支护方案的局限及下伏二2煤层的采动影响,提出了运输巷的加固对策及优化支护方案。采用非线性数值分析软件FLAC2D5.0对新方案围岩变形规律进行了分析。分析结果表明:机巷顶、底板整体下沉量分别为580 mm和280 mm,机巷左、右帮水平位移分别为135 mm和130 mm;受下伏岩层移动的影响,围岩塑性区范围较大,但锚梁索支护能有效控制巷道变形,说明机巷的加固方案在技术上是可行的,能够满足巷道对支护的要求。工程应用效果也进一步验证了优化方案的合理性。

【Abstract】 Against the present state of the surrounding rock deformation of the ascending mining NO.32-12101 coalface’s transportation roadway in Xinzhuang Coal Mine,the reinforced game and optimized support program were presented by considering comprehensively the limitation of the original supporting program and the mining influence of underlying NO.22 coal seam.The new program’s surrounding rock deformation law was analyzed by using non-linear numerical analysis software FLAC2D5.0.The results show that the subsidence of roadway’s roof and floor was 580 mm and 280 mm respectively,and the horizontal displacement of roadway’s left and right wall was 135 mm and 130 mm respectively.The range of surrounding rock’s plastic zone was much large because of the underlying rock’s movement,but the roadway deformation can be controlled effectively by the anchor-beam-cable support,explaining the reinforced support program was technically feasible and roadway met the challenge of support.The project application result proved the rationality of the optimized program.
