【摘要】 目的:采用PAR指数评价改良摆型矫治器对重度牙列拥挤的治疗结果。方法:选取在我科经改良摆型矫治器治疗重度牙列拥挤结束的患者21例,对治疗前后的模型进行PAR指数测评,并对治疗前后的测量数据进行统计学分析。结果:所有患者治疗结束时都达到理想的咬合关系,PAR指数得分平均减少30分。结论:改良摆型矫治器可以有效治疗部分重度牙列拥挤。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective To Assess the reformed pendulum therapy on severe crowed malocclusion using the Peer Assessment Rating index.Methods 21 cases finished with reformed pendulum therapy on severe crowed malocclusion were selected.The PAR index on pre-and post-treatment dental casts and PAR score was recorded respectively.The data were analyzed statistically.Results All patients reach normal occlusion after treatment,30 points in PAR index decrease when the treatment is over.Conclusion Some kinds of severe crowed malocclusion can be treated effectively by reformed pendulum appliance更多还原
