【摘要】 目的:探讨阴道紧缩术对患者生活质量的影响,同时分析影响生活质量的相关因素。方法:通过具有较强信度和效度的生活质量问卷调查表及电话随访,分别调查患者手术前后生活质量方面6个维度的得分,使用SAS9.1.3统计软件对手术前后所得数据进行统计分析,并对可能影响生活质量的潜在因素进行比较分析。结果:48例患者随访2～16个月,术后生活质量较术前明显提高,6个维度中除"总体健康"外,其余5个维度得分均显著提高,具有统计学意义,其中以夫妻性生活提高最为显著。结论:阴道紧缩术能够提高性生活质量,改善夫妻感情。但患者满意度与医生谈话、手术效果、患者性格、家庭关系及文化素养均有一定关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the quality of sexual life and daily life of patients after vagina tighten surgery and its relevant contributing factors.Methods 6 indexes in quality of life of patients before and after vagina tighten surgery were investigated by the form of questionnaires and telephone follow-up,these data were statistically analyzed with SAS 9.1.3,the relevant contributing factors to quality of life were compared and analyzed.Results 48 cases were followed up for 2 to 16 months,after the operation all cases of quality of life especially sexual life were marked improved,5 in 6 indexes of scores increased with the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Vagina tighten surgery is a effective way to improve quality of sexual life,but it is not the decisive factor to improve conjugal relation,the satisfaction is related to the talking with doctor,operation effect,patient character,family relation and education.更多还原
