【摘要】 目的:比较铸造钴铬合金烤瓷冠与铸造钛合金烤瓷冠的边缘适合性。方法:分别制作铸造钴铬合金烤瓷冠72例和铸造钛合金烤瓷冠66例,观察二者粘固1个月后及戴入3年后冠的边缘适合性、龈缘染色和牙龈指数。结果:铸造钴铬合金烤瓷冠的边缘适合性、牙龈指数略比铸造钛合金烤瓷冠好,但两者之间无差异显著性;在龈缘染色方面,铸造钴铬合金明显比铸造钛合金好。结论:与铸造钛合金烤瓷冠相比,铸造钴铬合金烤瓷冠具有更好的颈缘修复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The aim of this study was to compare the marginal adaptation of metal-ceramic crowns made with 2 different metal substructures.Methods Seventy-two patients were restored by Co-Cr alloy based porcelain-fusedto-metal crowns,and sisty-six patients were restored by Tilite based porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns.The margin fitness、gingival border color and gingival index were evaluated in all patients after 1 month and 3 years.Results The differences between the two types of crowns regarding marginal adaptation and gingival index were small(P>0.05).And regarding marginal coloring,Co-Cr alloy was better than TILITE alloy(P<0.01).Conclusion The Co-Cr alloy porcelain crowns seems to be preferable,at least in marginal prosthesis.更多还原
