【摘要】 目的:观察强脉冲光(Intensepulsedlight,IPL)治疗植皮术后色素沉着和毛发过多的临床应用效果。方法:应用IPL治疗植皮术后色素沉着9例,全厚皮片移植术后色素沉着合并毛发过多2例,共11例。患者接受1～3次IPL去色素治疗,毛发过多者另接受3次IPL脱毛治疗。结果:11例患者治疗后色素沉着均出现不同程度好转,其中7例显效,4例有效,副反应轻微。2例毛发过多者治疗后毛发显著减少。结论:IPL是一种安全有效的治疗植皮术后色素沉着和毛发过多的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Intense pulsed light treatment of hyperpigmentation and unwanted hairs of facial skin grafts.Methods 11 cases of post-transplantation skin hyperpigmentation were treated with IPL.2 of them presented unwanted hair growth as well.1 ～3 sessions of IPL treatment were conducted to eliminate the hyperpigmentation while 3 sessions were added for hair removal.Results 7 of 11 cases got extraordinarily improved and the other 4 got fairly improved.Slight side effects were observed.2 cases with unwanted hairs got extraordinary hair reduction.Conclusion IPL offers an effective and safe option to treat hyperpigmentation and unwanted hairs of facial Skin grafts.更多还原
