【摘要】 目的:对比ProTaper手用镍钛锉与标准不锈钢K锉在根管预备中的临床疗效。方法:随机选择临床需要做根管治疗的后牙82例113颗患牙。实验组采用ProTaper手用镍钛锉冠下法进行根管预备,对照组采用ISO标准K和H型锉行逐步后退法预备。冷侧方加压法充填。评价根管预备的时间、术后反应以及根充效果。结果:实验组预备时间少于对照组;根管治疗术中反应实验组小于对照组;根管充填适填率实验组高于对照组。结论:ProTaperr缩短根管预备时间,提高工作效率,减少术后疼痛,根充质量高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical effect of root canal preparation by using hand nitinol file and stainless steel file.Methods 113 teeth of 82 patients required root canal therapy were included randomly in this study.Experimental group was prepared by ProTaper files with crown down technique.Control group was prepared by stainless steel files with step-back technique.The root canals were filled with lateral condensation technique.The following parameters were evaluated:preparation time,postoperative reactions and curative effect.Results Experimental group had less preparation time and preoperative reactions than control group,and had higher incidence of proper filling than control group.Conclusion ProTaper nitinol file prepared root canal rapidly and low incidence of pain and had high quality of root canal filling.更多还原
