【摘要】 目的:研制改良式口内上颌支架式前牵引器以简化矫治器结构,扩大矫治范围,提高临床疗效。方法:选10例替牙期、恒牙早期骨性III类患者配戴改良式口内支架式前牵引矫治器和Delaire面具,用FRⅢ矫治器保持。将治疗前后X线片用Steiner和Tweed分析测量,再用Spss13.0软件统计进行配对t检验。结果:10例骨性Ⅲ类错配戴改良式口内上颌支架式前牵引5～12个月,有7项具有统计学意义,牙列呈正常,面型从凹面型矫形为直面型或趋向正常型改变。结论:改良式口内上颌支架式前牵引器,可维持牙弓宽度,压低磨牙,使、颌、面三维结构呈正常型改变,用FRⅢ矫治器保持,效果显著,且矫治器结构简单、易制作、廉价,配戴清洁舒适、无口臭,可推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective We study and simplify the structure of intraoral frame premaxillary tractor to enlarge the treatment range,and improve the clinical efficacy. Methods 10 cases with mixed dentition or early permanent dental of skeletal Class Ⅲ.The modified intraoral frame premaxillary tractor and Delaire face mask were applied,and followed by FR Ⅲ retention.X-ray cephalometrics were studied by Steiner and Tweed analysis before and after the treatment,and the data were analyzed with SPSS 13.0. Results After the 5～12moths treatment,statistical significance can be found in 7 index. The dental lay in normal occlusion, the facial profile tend to change from concavity to normal,and no relapse after 6mth retention with FRIII. Conclusion The modified intraoral frame premaxillary tractor can help to maintain the width of dental arch, molar intrusion,and stimulate the change of occlusion,jaws,and facial structure towards normal type.The treatment was followed by FRIII retention,and the effects is obvious.The appliance are with simple structure,and easy to design,low price;it’s also easy to be cleaned and comfortable,no fetor oris,and is worthy of being expanded.更多还原
