Objective To investigate a combined surgical technique in treating oriental female patients with nasorostral hypertrophy. Methods 75 consecutive female patients were included in the study between January 2006 and July 2009. The rim incision was chosen. Lower lateral cartilage suturing, alar groove reshaping, silicon gel prosthesis implant, and auricular cartilage transplantation to nasal tip were utilized in our technique.
