【摘要】 目的探讨输尿管镜技术治疗输尿管良性狭窄的临床疗效。方法2006年5月～2009年4月,对48例输尿管良性狭窄患者采用输尿管硬镜扩张或联合钬激光行内切开术治疗,术后留置1根6F～8F双J支架管,1～3个月后拔管。拔管后3～6个月进行超声、静脉肾盂造影检查。结果48例患者中,2例发生输尿管穿孔,2例狭窄段输尿管黏膜撕脱,均中转开放手术。44例手术成功患者中,硬性扩张成功10例,钬激光治疗成功34例;术后均有不同程度血尿,1例术后发生感染,经抗炎治疗治愈,术后1～3个月拔除双J管。40例获得随访,平均随访12个月,有效34例(85.0%),好转4例(10.0%),无效2例(5.0%)。结论输尿管镜直视下扩张术及钬激光内切开术治疗输尿管良性狭窄是一种安全、有效的微创手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of ureteroscopic techniques for treatment of ureteral strictures.Methods From May 2006 to April 2009,48 patients with ureterostenosis received inside incision with ureteroscopic Holmium:YAG laser and rigid ureterosopy dilatation under an endoscope.One double pigtail stent(F6-F8)was placed in the ureter after the operation and left indwelling for 1 to 3 months.Ultrasonography and excretion urography were performed 3 to 6 months after extubation.Results Of the 48 cases,2 developed ureter perforation and 2 ureter mucosa avulsion,both of which swithed to open surgery.44 cases were successful(10 conducted with rigid ureterosopy dilatation,34 with Holmium:YAG laser).All cases had hemorrhage in different degrees.1 case were infected and then cured.No severe complications were observed.The ureteral stents were removed after 1～3 months.40 cases were followed up for 6～12 months on average.34(85.0%)cases were cured,4(10.0%)improved,and 2(5.0%)unresponsive.Conclusion Rigid ureterosopy dilatation and Holmium:YAG laser are safe,effective and minimally invasive to treat ureteral stricture.更多还原
