小偃9323的抗条锈性遗传分析

【摘要】 为了解小偃9323抗条锈性的遗传规律,在常温(10~16℃)下,以小偃9323和铭贤169的杂交群体为研究对象,采用我国目前小麦条锈菌流行小种CYR30、CYR31、CYR32、SU11-4、SU11-11对供试群体进行苗期接种,分析杂交后代的抗病性及其分布情况。结果表明,小偃9323对CYR30、CYR31和SU11-4的抗病性均由两对隐性基因控制,对CYR32和SU11-11的抗病性由一对隐性基因控制。

【Abstract】 Xiaoyan 9323 is a wheat variety developed chromosome engineering,with good resistance to stripe rust.The inheritance of the stripe rust resistant gene in Xiaoyan 9323 is very important for revealing the resistant mechanism and development of durable resistant cultivars.The populations of Xiaoyan 9323 crossed with susceptible cultivar Mingxian 169 was used as materials,and was tested with prevalent stripe rust races CYR30,CYR31,CYR32,SU11-4 and SU11-11 under normal temperature(16±1)℃.The results confirmed that Xiaoyan 9323 had high resistance to all those races.The strip rust resistance in the F2 population of Xiaoyan 9323/Mingxian 169 to CYR30,CYR31 and SU11-4 was controlled by two recessive genes,and to CYR32 and SU11-11 by one recessive gene.Genetic analysis on the F1 and BC1F1 populations confirmed this result.Results from this study would be helpful in locating the chromosomal position of the resistance genes and application of these genes in future wheat breeding program.
