PVA/PVP共混膜渗透汽化分离甲醇/醋酸甲酯的研究
Study of the separation of methanol/methyl acetate mixtures by pervaporation with PVA/PVP blend membranes
【摘要】 采用4,4’-双叠氮芪-2,2’-二磺酸钠(DAS)交联的聚乙烯醇(PVA)/聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)共混膜,对渗透汽化分离甲醇/醋酸甲酯混合物进行了研究.考察了交联剂DAS的含量、共混膜的组成、操作温度和料液组成对膜分离性能的影响规律.当DAS与共混膜中PVP质量比为1∶3时,PVP交联效果理想,共混膜具有较好的渗透汽化分离系数.随着共混膜中PVP浓度的增加,膜的渗透通量逐渐增大,而分离系数先增大后减小.当操作温度为35℃、料液中甲醇浓度为20%时,含30%PVP的共混膜对甲醇/醋酸甲酯的分离系数达到了17.7.随着操作温度的升高、料液中甲醇浓度的增大,膜的通量逐渐增大,分离系数逐渐减小.实验结果表明,该共混膜能有效分离甲醇/醋酸甲酯二元共沸物.
【Abstract】 Poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA)/poly(vinyl pyrrolidone)(PVP) blend membranes crosslinked with 4,4’-diazostilbene-2,2’-disulfonic acid disodium salt were prepared and used to separate methanol/methyl acetate mixtures by pervaporation.The effects of DAS content,blending composition,operating temperature and feed composition were investigated.When DAS/PVP mass ratio was 1∶3,PVP was crosslinked well and the membrane had a high separation factor.With the increasing of the PVP content in the membrane,permeation flux and separation factor increased and then decreased.Membrane containing 30% PVP exhibited good performance and gave the highest separation factor 17.7.With increasing temperature and methanol concentration in feed,the flux increased and the separation factor decreased.
