轻烧煤系高岭土超细粉在耐火浇注料中的应用
Application of Less Burned Super Fine Powder of Coal Measures Kaolin to refractory pouring material
【摘要】 研究了煤系高岭土经雷蒙磨细磨至一定粒度后,入匣钵于950℃轻烧后的偏高岭土超细粉在耐火浇注料中的应用。研究结果认为用轻烧煤系高岭土超细粉完全可以取代氧化铝微粉生产莫来石质浇注料,可以制得莫来石含量高、热膨胀系数低、强度高、使用时体积略有膨胀的高强低成本、长寿命耐火浇注料。这种替代可以大幅度降低耐火浇注料生产成本。
【Abstract】 It is researched the application of light-burned coal series metakaolin superfine powder to 950℃ by Raymond mill in refractory castable.The results show that alumina tundish dafety-lining castable can be completely replaced by light-burned coal micro-powder to manufacture a new kind refractory castable with a low cost and long life span,high content of mullite,low coefficient of dilatation,high intensity and with little expansion in use.The substitution can decrease largely the product cost of refractory castable.
