基于LabVIEW的精细水煤浆制备模糊控制系统研究
Research on fuzzy control system of ultra fine coal water mixture preparation base on LabVIEW
【摘要】 为了提高水煤浆质量,采用虚拟仪器技术构建了超声强化精细水煤浆制备的自动控制系统。基于LabVIEW的软件实现了自动数据管理和发布等功能。引入模糊控制算法,实现了生产工艺参数优化,使水煤浆粒度及其分布达到内燃机使用的要求。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the quality of the coal water mixture,the virtual instrument technology was applied to build the auto control system of the ultrasonic intensified ultra fine coal water mixture preparation.Base on the LabVIEW software,the auto data management,issue and other functions could be realized.With the introduction of the fuzzy control algorithm,the parameter optimization of the production technique could be made and the particle and distribution of the coal water mixture could reach the application requirements of the engine.
