基于刚柔耦合的采煤机摇臂动态特性仿真研究
Research on Dynamic Characteristics of Ranging Arm of Shearer Based Rigid-flex Coupled System
【摘要】 利用UG、ADAMS和ANSYS等软件构造的协同仿真环境,建立了基于刚柔耦合的采煤机截割部摇臂虚拟样机模型。在对摇臂进行动力学分析和强度分析的基础上,获取不同工况下摇臂的振动规律,求解了基于时间历程的摇臂应力变化,从而为采煤机摇臂的结构设计、优化及使用提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 UG,ADAMS and ANSYS are used to create the cooperative simulation environment,and a virtual prototyping based rigid-flex coupled is investigated in terms of ranging ram of shearer.Utilizing the dynamics analysis and strength analysis to obtain the vibration law under different operating mode parameters.The simulation did a better job of resolving the time-dependent data of stress.The simulation results provide the theoretical basis for design and optimization of Ranging Arm.
