高水基流体性能分析及在液压传动中的应用
Highwater Base Fluid Performance Analysis and Its Application in Hydraulic Transmission
【摘要】 高水基(HWBF)流体具有抗燃、安全、污染少等优点,适用于高温、易燃条件下工作的液压系统。其介质的理化性能对液压系统工作的稳定性有很大影响,使用中应加以科学的选用与管理。液压元件的选型直接影响液压系统的工作质量和寿命,选用时应从实用性和经济性出发,选择适合于高水基介质特性的液压元件。
【Abstract】 Highwater Base Fluid(HWBF) with a flame retardant,safety,less pollution,etc.,it’s applicable to the hydraulic system under high temperature and flammable.The physical and chemical propertie of HWBF has great influence on stability of the hydraulic system,therefore,it should be scientific selected and managed in using.Selection of hydraulic components will directly affect hydraulic system’s work quality and life,should choose the hydraulic components which are applicable to the characteristics of HWBF on usability and efficiency.
