FMEA在液压支架设计中的应用
FMEA on Design of Hydraulic Support
【摘要】 液压支架产品在设计、制造和使用等过程中会发生很多失效形式,而每种失效形式都存在潜在的不合理设计、制造等。针对液压支架一些故障进行了支架设计的潜在失效模式及后果分析(FMEA),详细论述了如何建立设计FMEA的过程,给出了在液压支架产品中的应用实例。结果表明,FMEA作为可靠性设计的一种重要方法,应用于液压支架的设计,可以找出设计的薄弱方面,对于液压支架产品可靠性的提高、系统成功研发和后期客户的使用等都起到了及其重要的作用。
【Abstract】 Hydraulic support the product design,manufacture and use of the process will be a lot of failure modes,and each potential failure mode of all the unreasonable design and manufacturing.Hydraulic support for a number of failures of the stent design of the Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA),discussed in detail how to set up the design process FMEA is given in the hydraulic support products in the application example.The results show that,FMEA reliability design as an important method,applied to the design of hydraulic support,you can identify the weak aspects of the design for the hydraulic support the improvement of product reliability,the system successfully developed and post-customer use of all play its important role.
