【Abstract】 The modern CNC machine tool use computer technology involves light,machine,electricity,liquid and many other technologies.It has the technology-intensive and knowledge-intensive characteristics and a high level of automation and production efficiency but failure is inevitable.However,theexisting numberical control system of CNC machine tool on a variety of very many,how to catch the crux of the failure analysis is the point.After several years of exploring and working practices,mainly use the greatest using device of VDL-600 vertical machining center I/O with input and output to analyse the failure.更多还原
