BP900/600型颚式破碎机动颚数值模拟
Numerical Simulation for Moving Bracket of BP900/600 Jaw Crusher
【摘要】 针对颚式破碎机在使用过程中动颚断裂失效问题,首先根据颚式破碎机工作特点,分别给出了BP900/600型颚式破碎机的2种结构形式动颚受力简图,并计算了相应最大可能荷载。然后利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对2种不同结构形式动颚进行了数值模拟分析,得到了动颚在最大可能荷载作用下的位移场和应力场,并根据应力分布情况探讨了动颚断裂失效的原因。最后结合2种结构形式动颚的计算结果分析,提出了BP900/600型颚式破碎机动颚结构改进的建议。
【Abstract】 The fracture failure problem of moving bracket of jaw crusher in engineer operation was solved.According to the BP900/600 jaw crusher work characteristics,force distributing diagrammatic sketches were presented for two kinds of moving bracket structure,and the maximum possible loads were calculated.Then,using finite element analysis software ANSYS,Numerical simulation analysis of two kinds of moving bracket structure were taken and the displacement field and stress field were obtained.Based on the stress distribution,fracture failure cause was discussed.Finally,according to the analysis of the calculation results of two kinds of moving bracket structure,the improvement suggestions were presented for moving bracket structure.
