基于Pro/E二次开发的齿轮智能优化设计CAD系统
CAD System for Intelligent Optimization and Modeling of Gear Based on Pro/E Customization
【摘要】 智能优化方法和CAD建模技术如何有效集成并应用于工程实际是一个崭新课题。首先建立了齿轮优化设计的规范化数学模型。采用遗传算法和微粒群算法进行齿轮优化设计,阐明了两者的原理并分别给出了算法的伪代码。结合齿轮智能优化设计及三维CAD建模集成系统的开发过程,阐明了Visual Studio 2008环境下采用Pro/Toolkit二次开发Pro/ENGINEER软件的原理、方法和关键技术。系统的成功开发对于工程中齿轮的快速优化设计和三维建模有较大的应用价值,对于研究智能优化方法和CAD建模技术的无缝集成具有探索意义。
【Abstract】 To integrate the intelligent optimization methods and CAD technology is a nascent subject.The normative mathematical model of the optimum design of the gear was built firstly.The theory of the genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization was set forth and their pseudo-codes were also presented.According to the development of CAD system for intelligent optimization and modeling of gear,the key technologies of the Pro/E customization by Visual Studio 2008 were studied.This special CAD system has a potential application for the rapid optimum design of gears.
