基于ANSYS的塔式起重机底座强度分析
Strength Analysis of Base of Tower Cranes Based on ANSYS
【摘要】 底座是塔式吊车的重要组成部分,它的结构是否合理将直接影响着整个塔式吊车的平稳运行。因此应用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对非工作状态下底座应力与变形情况进行了分析计算,得到了底座整体等效应力和局部应力的计算结果;从应力计算结果可知:斜拉杆联接部位销钉和耳片是底座的危险点,因此对其进行进一步模拟分析,根据分析结果对其结构进行了优化,有效控制了可能出现的危险,增强了设备的安全性。
【Abstract】 The base is the import part of the tower crane, the reasonableness of its structure will directly affect the stable operation of the whole tower crane. Therefore, the application of finite element analysis software-ANSYS for an analysis of the stress and deformation of base under out-of-service condition leads a result of the integral equivalent stress and local stress of the base; We can see from the results of stress calculation: dowel in the connection of diagonal stay and lug of the base are the danger points, so that further simulation analysis helps optimize the structure, effectively control the risk and enhance the safety of the equipment.
