硅系延期药贮存稳定性的热动力学研究
Research on Thermokinetics of the Storage Stability of Silicon Type Delay Composition
【摘要】 本文利用差示扫描量热仪对硅系延期药进行了热分析研究,计算了热动力学参数,并分析了影响硅系延期药贮存稳定性的主要环境因素。研究发现:硅系延期药热分解有三个放热峰,分别在320.4℃、512.3℃和660.7℃处,热分解过程中存在预点火反应;影响硅系延期药贮存稳定性的主要环境因素是贮存环境的湿度。
【Abstract】 The thermal analysis of silicon type delay composition was carried out using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) in this paper.The kinetic parameters were calculated and the main environment factors influencing the storage stability on silicon type delay composition were analyzed.The results showed that the thermal decomposition of silicon type delay composition give three exothermic peak at 320.4℃、512.3 ℃ and 660.7℃,and there were preignition reaction in the thermal decomposition of silicon type delay composition.The main environment factors influencing on storage stability of silicon type delay composition was ambient humidity.
