【Abstract】 An injection mould for a cylindrical gear was developed with internal and external ejector sleeves for the stripping of the part in one time.The ejected plastic gear has no outoftrue distortion and stripping mark.An introduction was made on the structural characteristics and working process of the mould,in particular the claw type gate.The plastic gear is uniformly ejected with low specific pressure and has no outoftrue distortion and no stripping mark.更多还原
