一种零电流开关控制电路的设计
Design of a Self-Tunable Zero-Current Switch
【摘要】 介绍一种具有自动调整能力的零电流开关控制技术。通过对开关管关断时间与电流过零时刻进行对比,自动调整开关管,使之在最佳时刻实现零电流关断,避免了传统的零电流检测和控制电路由于环境变化和元器件参数变化导致开关管不能实现最佳零电流关断。该技术可广泛应用于零电流准谐振DC/DC变换器电路。
【Abstract】 A self-tunable zero-current switch(ZCS) control technology was presented.In this technique,switching transistor is automatically regulated by comparing switch-off time with current zero-crossing time,to achieve zero-current switch-off at an optimum time,which is not possible in conventional zero-current detection and control circuit due to changes in environment and parameter variations of components.This technology is applicable for zero-current quasi-resonant DC/DC converters.
