浆槽加热方式对浆液含固率稳定性的影响

【摘要】 研究浆槽加热方式对浆液含固率稳定性的影响。从理论出发,探讨了浆纱过程中浆液含固率不稳定的原因,分析了通过降低压浆辊压力和人工补偿高浓度浆液来稳定上浆率的实施效果,对比介绍了直接加热加间接加热机构在浆纱中的应用效果。提出:将浆纱机浆槽系统中的单管直接加热机构改进为直接加热加间接加热机构,并利用计算机实时控制复合加热系统的工作,可以保证浆液的含固率和压出加重率均保持在一个相对定值上,从而实现上浆率的稳定,最终使上浆质量得到保证。

【Abstract】 Effect of size box heating style on sizing solid content stability was studied.From the aspect of theory,reasons of sizing solid content instable were discussed in sizing process.Effect of stabling sizing percentage through reducing squeezing roller pressure and artificial recharge higher density sizing were analyzed.Application effect of direct heating and indirect heating device were contrasted and analyzed.Single pipe direct heating device was changed into both direct heating device and indirect heating device.Sizing solid content could be ensured and extrusion weighting rate could be stable through computer control heating system in real time,finally sizing percentage is stable and sizing quality could be ensured.
