用不同收缩率纱线开发凹凸织物的体会

【摘要】 探讨用锦纶线和棉线开发凹凸织物的设计方法及效果。采用不同收缩率的锦纶线和棉线,通过两种纱线不同的经纬纱配比,设计了5种简单凹凸织物和一种复杂凹凸织物,并对比分析了5种简单凹凸织物的收缩率和凹凸效果,优选出了较为适宜的锦棉根数配比。认为开发凹凸织物时,不但要合理选择纱线配比,还要考虑到织物的透气性、蓬松性和保暖性以及生产成本。

【Abstract】 Design method and effect of producing pique by polyamide ply and cotton ply were discussed.Polyamide ply and cotton ply with different shrinkage rates were adopted.Through setting different warp and weft arrangement,five simple piques and one complicated pique were designed,shrinkage rates and pique effect of five simple piques were contrasted and analyzed,suitable ply arrangement of warp and weft were optimized.It is considered when producing pique,warp and weft arrangement should be set rationally,air permeability,bulkiness,heat retention and production cost should be considered as well.
