离子液体[Bmim]PF6中铜纳米粒子的制备与结构表征

【摘要】 在离子液体l-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐([Bmim]PF6)介质中,Cu2+在抗坏血酸的还原作用下,制备了金属铜纳米粒子。通过XRD、TEM和TGA对铜纳米粒子结构的表征,表明铜纳米粒子呈球形,具有较窄的尺寸范围,粒径10~30 nm。在还原过程中,离子液体同时起到了溶剂和修饰剂的作用,在所生成的铜纳米微粒的表面形成了一层离子液体的修饰层,稳定了铜纳米颗粒粒径,阻止了铜纳米粒子之间的团聚,同时也提高了铜纳米粒子的热稳定性,这有利于拓宽铜纳米粒子应用的温度范围。

【Abstract】 Cu nanoparticles were prepared by ascorbic acid reducing Cu2+ in 1-butyl-3-meth-ylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate([Bmim]PF6) ionic liquid medium.The structure and morphology of Cu nanoparticles were characterized by XRD and TEM respectively and the thermostability by TGA.The results showed that Cu nanoparticles were globoid and their size distributed in a narrow range of 10~30 nm in diameter.In reduction process,the ionic liquid was not only a reactive medium but also a modifier.It formed a modifying layer in the surface of Cu nanoparticles to stabilize the size of the nanoparticles and hold back congregating between nanoparticles and also to increase the thermostability.This make for widening applied temperature extension of Cu nanoparticles.
