框架零件的CAD/CAM集成制造技术研究
Research on integration technology of CAD/CAM for frame part
【摘要】 针对提高框架零件设计和加工水平这一技术问题,采用CAD/CAM集成技术理论和先进集成化软件UG应用相结合的方法,实现框架零件集成设计制造的总体流程——CAD三维实体造型→图形化数控工艺设计→加工仿真→优化机床数据文件制作→数控加工的完整流程,与传统加工方式相比较,框架零件的加工效率和加工质量有较大提高,验证了CAD/CAM集成制造技术提高机械设计和制造能力的可行性。
【Abstract】 Aimed at enhance frame part mechanical design and manufacturing level,the CAD/CAM integration technology theory is combined to advanced integrated software UGII.After the whole process of design and manufacturing collectivity flow of frame part is established: CAD 3D entity model → NC graphics programming → machining simulation → the machine data file is completed,the machining efficiency and quality of frame part compared with traditional method is improved obviously.The results show that the integration technology of CAD/CAM improve mechanical design and manufacture ability are correct.
