【摘要】 目的:探讨疏血通注射液对大鼠佐剂性关节炎的治疗作用及对细胞因子IL-1、TNF-aI、L-4的影响。方法:选取Wister雌性大鼠24只,随机分为三组:造模组﹑疏血通注射液治疗组﹑地塞米松注射液治疗组。每组8只。每组大鼠右足跖皮内注射完全弗氏佐剂0.1mL复制佐剂性关节炎模型。用酶联免疫法测定大鼠血TNF-a﹑IL-1﹑IL-4水平。结果:疏血通注射液能改善大鼠的一般情况,能使佐剂关节炎大鼠血清中TNF-a﹑IL-1显著降低I,L-4水平显著升高﹙P﹥0.01﹚。结论:疏血通注射液是通过活血化瘀﹑扩张血管﹑改善微循环从而下调致炎因子TNF-a﹑IL-1、上调抗炎因子IL-4、抑制致炎效应,增强抗炎效应,使得Th1/Th2达到平衡。从而降低关节炎指数、消除肿胀。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The aim of this study is to observe the therapeutic effect of ShuXueTong injection and measure the cytokine IL-1,IL-4,TNF-a by ELISA in the adjuvant arthritis.Methods:Twenty-four female Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups:the model group,the ShuXueTong group,the Dexamethasone injectiongroup,the three groups were intracutaneously injected with 0.1mL Freunds mto adjuvant in the right hind limb to renlicate adjuvant arthritis model.The levels of IL-1,IL-4,TNF-a were measured by ELISA.Results:ShuXueTong injection can improve adjuvant arthritis rats generally,reduce rats serum TNF-a、IL-1 level adjuvants arthritis with the,and improve the level of IL-4.Conclusion:ShuXueTong injection is through invigorate the dilation of blood vessels,improve microcirculation,reduce inflammation factors TNF-a,IL-1,raise the anti-inflammatory factor of IL-4,regulate inflammatory effects,enhance the anti-inflammatory effect and make Th1/Th2 balance.Arthritis index was reduced and swelling eliminate.更多还原
