【摘要】 目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血清内脂素水平及其相关性。方法采用酶联免疫吸附测定急性脑梗死患者和正常健康人血清内脂素水平,分析血清内脂素与体重指数、血脂、血糖等的关系。比较不同美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)及不同性别的急性脑梗死患者中血清内脂素的变化,了解内脂素与性别及病情变化的关系。结果急性脑梗死患者血清内脂素水平高于正常对照组,女性血清内脂素水平高于男性,NIHSS评分越高,血清内脂素水平越高。相关性研究显示,血清内脂素水平与空腹血糖水平呈明显正相关,与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇呈明显负相关。多元线性回归分析表明,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与空腹血糖分别是影响血清内脂素水平的独立相关因素。结论血清内脂素水平与性别、病情有关,可能在脑梗死的发生和发展中具有一定的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the change of serum visfatin level and the relationship of serum visfatin level with body mass index,fasting serum glucose,blood lipids level as well as other factors in the patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Serum visfatin levels were assayed by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay in patients with acute cerebral infarction and controls.The relationship of serum visfatin level with body mass index,blood lipids and fasting serum glucose was also analyzed.Serum visfatin changes of different National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS),score and different sex in patients with acute cerebral infarction were compared to comprehend the relationship of serum visfatin level with sex and the change of patients condition.Results Serum visfatin levels in the acute cerebral infarction patients were higher than that in the controls and serum visfatin levels in the females were higher than that in the males.The higher NIHSS score was,the higher serum visfatin levels were.Serum visfatin level was positively correlated with fasting serum glucose and negatively with high density lipopro-teine holesterol.Multiple regression analysis showed that fasting serum glueose and high density lipoproteine holesterol were related factors in influencing serum visfatin levels.Conclusion The change of visfatin level is related with sex and patients condition and may contribute to the pathogenesis of cerebral infarction.更多还原
