【摘要】 目的探讨Ezrin、E-cadherin和β-catenin在卵巢癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测Ezrin、E-cadherin和β-catenin在卵巢癌、良性卵巢上皮肿瘤和正常卵巢组织中的表达。结果Ezrin、E-cadherin和β-catenin阳性细胞呈深棕色,在正常卵巢组织、良性卵巢上皮肿瘤组织及卵巢癌组织中的表达阳性率呈递减趋势,与临床分期、组织学分级及腹腔转移有关。Ezrin、E-cadherin和β-catenin在卵巢癌组织中的表达呈正相关(r=0.428,P<0.05)。结论卵巢癌组织Ezrin减弱与癌细胞的分化有关,并协同调节E-cadherin和β-catenin而影响卵巢癌细胞的黏附和转移性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of Ezrin,E-cadherin andβ-catenin in epithelial ovarian neoplasm and its clinic significance.Methods The expressions of Ezrin,E-cadherin andβ-catenin were examined by immunohistocheinical method in epithelial ovarian carcinoma,ovarian benign tumor and normal ovarian respectively.Results Ezrin,E-cadherin andβ-catenin positive cells were dark brown and the expression levels of Ezrin,E-cadherin andβ-catenin in the ovarian had a downward tendency in normal,benign and ovarian epithelial neoplasms and there was a statistic correlation in tumor grades,clinical stages and metastasis of ovarian epithelial neoplasms. There was a statistically positive correlation between Ezrin,E-cadherin andβ-catenin(r=0.428, P<0.05).Conclusion Weakening or lack of the expression of Ezrin suggests the rapid development, high degree of malignancy of epithelial ovarian neoplasm.Ezrin,E-cadherin andβ-catenin together influence epithelial ovarian neoplasm to invasion and metastasis.更多还原
