【摘要】 目的:比较PCL撕脱骨折可吸收钉与关节镜治疗效果。方法:自2007年3月本科采用国产1~2枚可吸收螺钉内固定治疗PCL损伤10例,关节镜下采用缝线固定的方法治疗7例,术后按计划功能锻炼。结果:治疗结果以随访患肢局部功能恢复情况和影像学检查结果综合评价。全部病例均获得至少2次随访。随访时间6~24个月,手术疗效按Lysholm膝关节评分标准评价。至末次随访时,关节镜组病例的膝关节功能评分达(87±4.0)分,平均89分,可吸收钉组(95±3.3)分,两组病例均无切口感染、关节积液和非特异性炎症反应病例。结论:应用可吸收螺钉比关节镜治疗膝后交叉韧带撕脱骨折更为有效,熟练的手术技巧及早期功能锻炼可获得满意效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the PCL avulsion fractures with absorbable screws and arthroscopic treatment.Methods:From March 2007 our department made 1~2 using absorbable screw fixation PCL injury in 10 cases,arthroscopic suture fixation method of treatment of 7 cases,after the planned functional exercise.Results:The results to follow-up of partial limb functional recovery and a comprehensive evaluation of the results of imaging examination.All patients had follow-up of at least two times.Follow-up period from 6 to 24 months,surgical treatment evaluation by Lysholm knee scoring criteria.Follow-up to the end of times when the group of cases of knee arthroscopy function score reached 87±4.0 points,an average of 89 minutes to absorb the nail group 95±3.3,two groups of patients had no wound infection,joint effusion,and cases of non-specific inflammatory response.Conclusion:Absorbable screws compared with arthroscopic treatment of posterior cruciate ligament avulsion fracture of the knee are more effective,skilled surgical techniques and early functional exercise gets satisfactory results.更多还原
