【摘要】 目的:观察护理干预对溃疡性结肠炎患者遵医行为的影响。方法:将86名溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为实验组(43例)和对照组(43例),对照组给予一般常规护理,实验组根据自制评估表评估患者存在不遵医行为的因素给予有针对性个性化护理干预。结果:实验组的遵医率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),实验组的复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对溃疡性结肠炎患者进行护理干预能够提高患者的遵医行为,保证患者的治疗效果,提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Observing the effect of nursing interference on ulcerative colitis patients.Method:86 ulcerative colitis patients were divided into experiment group and control group in random.Investigating the compliance to doctor’s direction of patients by answering questions,and laying out the specific nursing interference.Result:Due to the nursing interference,the recurrence rate of experiment group is apparently lower than control group(P<0.01),and the compliance to doctor’ direction is higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing interference to ulcerative colitis patients can raise the compliance to doctor’s direction,and has positive effect on the therapeutic effectiveness,and raise the life quality.更多还原
