【摘要】 目的:建立肝积颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以乙腈:0.1%磷酸溶液(15:85)为流动相;检测波长为230nm;柱温:25℃。结果:芍药苷在0.4092～2.0460μg线性关系良好,r=0.99993,平均回收率98.3%,RSD=0.5%(n=6)。结论:所用方法简便,准确度高,重现性好,可用于肝积颗粒的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Find a method to evaluate peoniflorin in Gan-Ji Granules.Methods:Apply HPLC,octadecyl silane chemically bonded silica as loading agent,methyl cyanide:0.1% orthophosphoric acid(15:85)as moving phase,detection wavelength is 230nm and column temperature is 25℃.Results:Linear relationship is good when peoniflorin is 0.4092 ～2.0460μg,r=0.99993,average recovery is 98.3%,RSD=0.5%(n=6).Conclusions:This method features easy use,high accuracy rating and nice reproducibility,so it is suitable to be applied in quality control of Gan-Ji Granules.更多还原
